Fore the Troops is a nonprofit charitable organization that raises money to support philanthropic organizations focused on programs and support of military personnel and their families.
During his daughter's first deployment as a naval officer- founder Cory Lock knew he wanted to contribute to the well-being and morale of our service men and women. As an avid golfer- it didn't take long to dream up Fore the Troops. With its first outing in 2010 and officially incorporated as a non-profit in 2015– the mission of Fore the Troops is to provide monetary support to local philanthropic organizations focused on programs and support of military personnel and their families.
Yearly, Fore the Troops sponsors a golf outing on the 1st Monday of June where proceeds from the outing are donated to a targeted organization.
2017s outing is in support of Central Bucks High School- South's Operation Eternal Gratitude (OEG)- an organization of nearly 200 high schoolers that ships care packages to troops abroad.
Chad joins us with a deep passion for supporting our military and he looks forward to making an impact in the lives of those who serve. Chad's unique background and perspective will help guide Fore the Troops through our next stage of growth.
